Josh, Andrea, Oliver + the new guy!
We hit up Auburn Woodlot for a family session, it was a snowy / rainy day. We were surrounded by beautiful trees so they acted like a shelter, the overcast made for BEAUTIFUL photos. I highly recommend this place. Here are some shots of this lovely family <3
My oh my! I love this family, they are so full of life and love. We met on a super cold day and had the fastest photo session to date. There were no tears shed so that was super helpful! I love my repeat clients, it's so awesome when you get to know the family and you work well together! Here's to many shoots with you guys <3
Andrea + Josh.
I am stoked that my best friend is having another baby with the love of her life. I went to her house the other day to capture her pregnancy and the shots are beautiful. There's a fine line between cheesy and classy when it comes to maternity shots, we didn't cross the line thankfully hehe. Enjoy x
I got a job with a company based out of London, England called Pink Daisy Weddings, they connected me with this lovely couple from Toronto. This day was filled with love and excitement! It was an Indian/Jewish wedding combined, it was a lovely culture clash. I had a lot of fun snapping photos of Christina and Jon!
Courtney and Jarod have been in my life for years, they are high school sweethearts. I travelled to Prince Edward Island this past summer to shoot their wedding. It was a lovely reunion! They got married in the art gallery at the Confederation Centre of the arts and had the reception in Memorial Hall. Surprisingly overcast days are the best for photographs!
We all spent a beautiful Island summer morning together in Victoria Park. It's the perfect spot for family photos, you have the beach and the woods to use as a backdrop. It has tons of trails to walk through, I love how the lighting in the woods shines through the branches and leaves casting a beautiful light on your subjects. Milo and Callum were hilarious to work with, they are full of energy and laughs. Hannah gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Millie <3
Nick & Alex
I worked with Nick for two years at a restaurant in Toronto, he is HILARIOUS. I finally got the pleasure to meet the lovely lady that puts up with him this past Spring! We walked around High Park, it was my first time at that location so it was a nice little adventure with these two. They love their comics and super heroes, it's pretty darn cute.
This was the first big wedding I shot! It was honestly one of the best days I've experienced :) We drove around all day in a limo and drank champagne.. you can't ask for a better job amirite? They are a beautiful couple and now have a little guy!
Hailey and Zack
I've known these two for a little while, they messaged me to do this shoot while I was in PEI for a vacation. We hung out at the beach all day with their family and their little guy Charlie. I was visiting a friends jewelry shop earlier this day and she was making a gorgeous flower crown, it just so happens that it was this flower crown in the photos (DWNTWNFOX! (PEI is super small) I love how everyone supports local businesses.
Erin & Christian
This photoshoot was actually for a friend of mine who needed shots for her wedding planning company she started up. We found this couple on Bunz Wedding Zone in Toronto and we staged a wedding/reception in their back yard!
My beautiful cousin Bethany got married to her soulmate Alex. This day was a massive love fest, it started off at the Charlottetown Hotel where my aunts have worked for almost 50 years! So it's an iconic spot in our family. Then we went to New Glasgow at PEI Preserve Company Gardens for the ceremony, it was an outdoor wedding along the water, they got married under a wooden arch surrounded by family members from America and Canada. We then headed back to the Ballroom at the Charlottetown Hotel for lots of dancing and laughs :)
Look how beautiful this family is?! We woke up super early one Sunday morning and walked around the Toronto waterfront, drank some coffee from BoxCar Social and had a great time together. I miss hanging out with these guys, I hope to see them in the near future!
